核心竞争力一直以来都是管理学上不断变化不断创新的世界性课题,各种论述层出不穷,难以使得人们对于核心竞争力有一个清除、深入的理解和认识。而旅游酒店最为中国酒店产业的一个新兴项目,对于如何发展其核心竞争力还处于一个摸索状态,对此笔者以国内外专家学者对于核心竞争力的研究为基础,从研究核心竞争力的特征出发,结合旅游酒店的行业特点,探讨培养旅游酒店核心竞争力的关系要素的方法和实现途径,为中国旅游酒店业的分析、研究、培育、管理和提升提供思路和参考。
