在正畸科病人中,前牙反畸形颇为多见。我院口腔门诊几年来共治疗289例此类病人,占矫治错(牙合)畸形病人的20％。比例之大,可能是由于反(牙合)引起较明显的面部畸形,严重影响了咀嚼和发音功能所致。我们对289例前牙反(牙合)病人,按其病因机制及临床表现不同,采用不同的矫治方法,观察疗效。本文仅就发病因素、矫治方法和治疗效果予以分析讨论,有助于临床参考。
In orthodontic patients, anterior crossbite deformity is quite common. A total of 289 cases of such patients, accounting for 20% of patients with orthodontics malocclusion, were treated in our clinic for several years. The large proportion may be due to anti (occlusal) caused more obvious facial deformity, seriously affecting the chewing and pronunciation function. We 289 cases of anterior teeth (occlusion) patients, according to their etiological mechanisms and clinical manifestations of different treatment methods used to observe the effect. This article only on the incidence of factors, correction methods and treatment to be analyzed and discussed, contribute to clinical reference.
