耐久跑在体育教学中占有重要的地位,是学校体育教学的主要内容之一。初中阶段是青少年生理、心理发展的黄金时期,体育研究表明:男生10~13岁、女生9~12岁为耐力突增阶段,16岁以后增长速度便逐渐减慢了,因此,初中阶段也正是青少年发展耐力素质的最佳时期,如果初中阶段不打好基础,将会使学生以后的耐力素质发展受到限制。因此,作为初中体育教师,应抓紧这段“黄金时期”给学生以有效的提高。但是,由于耐久跑的生理负荷较大,动作单一枯燥,练习中参与者容易疲劳而产生怕苦怕累、畏难情绪,一些“小宝贝”、“娇女孩”、“掌上明珠”、“小公子”不能很好配合老师去磨练自我,张扬自我。笔者根据教学实践过程,谈个人看法,抛砖引玉,与同行探讨。
