目的建立微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)测定蔬菜中16种稀土元素含量的方法。了解福州市售蔬菜中稀土元素的含量及组成特征。方法采用ICP-MS法,CCT碰撞池模式对国家标准参考物质圆白菜(编号:GBW10014GSB-5)中16种稀土元素分析测定,其测定结果在标准样本参考值的置信区间。从福州市区四个农贸市场和超市中随机采集81份蔬菜样本,以铑(Rh)、铼(Re)为内标,测定样本中16种稀土元素含量。结果 16种稀土元素混合标准溶液在相应范围内(0~50g/L)具有良好的线性(r>0.999),精密度高(RSD<8%,n=6),各元素加标回收率在92%~108%。测定结果显示,福州市售蔬菜中稀土总量、轻稀土、重稀土含量分别为0.102mg/kg、0.083 9mg/kg、0.018 6mg/kg,组成特征以轻稀土元素为主,铈含量最高,其次为镧、钕,重稀土以钇含量最高。按可食部分类,叶菜的稀土含量远高于瓜果和根茎,蔬菜中稀土氧化物总量合格率为93.8%。结论 ICP-MS法是蔬菜中稀土元素含量测定的可行方法。应用该方法检测市售蔬菜,其稀土残留状况较为乐观,绝大部分蔬菜的稀土含量均低于国家限量标准。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of 16 rare earth elements in vegetables by microwave digestion-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). Understand the content and composition characteristics of rare earth elements in vegetables sold in Fuzhou. Methods The ICP-MS method and CCT collision cell mode were used to analyze the 16 rare earth elements in the national standard reference material cabbage (code: GBW10014GSB-5). The determination results were in the confidence intervals of the reference values of the standard samples. Eighty-seven vegetable samples were randomly collected from four farmers’ markets and supermarkets in Fuzhou, and rhodium (Rh) and rhenium (Re) were used as internal standards to determine the contents of 16 rare earth elements in the samples. Results The standard solution of 16 kinds of rare earth elements mixed in the corresponding range (0 ~ 50g / L) had good linearity (r> 0.999), high precision (RSD <8%, n = 6) 92% ~ 108%. The results showed that the contents of rare earth, light rare earth and heavy rare earth in vegetables sold in Fuzhou were 0.102mg / kg, 0.083 9mg / kg and 0.018 6mg / kg, respectively. The main components were light rare earth elements and the content of cerium was the highest For lanthanum, neodymium, heavy rare earth yttrium content is the highest. According to the edible part of the class, the rare earth content of leafy vegetables is much higher than that of fruits and rhizomes. The qualified rate of total rare earth oxides in vegetables is 93.8%. Conclusion ICP-MS method is a feasible method for the determination of rare earth elements in vegetables. The application of this method to detect commercially available vegetables, the residual state of the more optimistic about the rare earth, the vast majority of vegetables are less than the national standard of rare earth content.
