He worked as a chef in a Chinese restaurant and later learned the craft of making Japanese meals. He started to work as a chef in Japanese restaurants. Ten years later, Mr. Du bought a Japanese restaurant named “Hokkaido” and made his own boss. Because of the well-run business, one year, “Hokkaido” has a small famous local, diners busy, many local Japanese have become regulars. Hokkaido opened the first year of nearly half a million U.S. dollars in profit. Mr Du smiled and considered opening another branch.
