2010年是新世纪第二个10年的开局年,也是下一个60年的起始年。中国报业以怎样的心态和怎样的视角看待这一年的经营管理战略,对报业的未来发展至关重要。因为中国报业经过60年的发展已经到达一个新的“节点”———以报业规模、普及程度、办报水平和盈利能力等指标来考量,中国报业已经越过了资本的原始积累期,步入初步成熟期。在这个全新的节点上,中国报业的核心命题正在发生变化———“求创新、谋长远”乃当前中国报业的新使命。如何在巩固已有胜利果实的基础上开拓创新、探寻新的战略经济增长点,如何在照顾部分群体既得利益的基础上进行利益调整和重新分配、释放新的变革张力,如何在保持和谐稳定的基础上布局报业的新图景、描绘更为辉煌的篇章,都是摆在中国报人面前的重大课题。有鉴于此,我们把2010年定位于“布局年”———既要布局下一个10年的发展规划,又要布局下一个60年的宏伟愿景。
2010 is the start of the second decade of the new century and the starting year for the next 60 years. What kind of state of mind and what kind of perspectives China’s newspapers treat the management strategy for the year is of crucial importance to the future development of the newspaper industry. Because the development of China’s newspaper industry has reached a new “node” after 60 years of development - taking the newspaper size, popularity, reporting level and profitability into consideration, the Chinese newspaper industry has already crossed the original capital Accumulation period, entered the initial maturity. In view of this, we are positioning 2010 as the “Year of the Assemblies” - we must lay out the next 10-year development plan and lay out the grand vision for the next 60 years.
