随着我国经济水平的不断进步与发展,社会上的竞争力也是越来越强。而在这样的大背景下,各大企业想要提升自己的竞争力,在巨大的竞争浪潮当中站稳脚跟,不仅仅需要提升自身的经济效益,更需要对于企业自身的软实力进行有效的提升。在企业的软实力当中,而企业当中的政工的宣传工作,便是最重要的。其是企业文化的展示、也是企业文化宣传展示的窗口,故而需要加强重视。本文从建筑企业的角度对于政工宣传工作当中存在的问题,以及解决办法进行了简要总结。

In such a background, all major enterprises want to enhance their competitiveness, gain a foothold in the huge wave of competition, not only need to enhance their economic efficiency, but also need to effectively enhance their own soft power . Among the soft power of enterprises, the promotion of political work among enterprises is the most important one. It is the display of corporate culture, corporate culture is also a window of publicity and exhibition, and therefore need to pay more attention. This article briefly summarizes the problems existing in the political propaganda work and the solutions from the perspective of the construction enterprises.
