绪言在轧制薄板时,轧辊的弹性压扁与板厚和接触弧长的计算相比更为重要,它对轧制力、传动力矩与前滑率的计算都有很大影响。轧辊的弹性压扁计算通常应用下述方法求解,即将轧辊视为半无限体,根据由表面压力引起的位移求解,或根据径向承受载荷的无限长圆柱体表面的位移求解,但由于轧辊的接触位移和压力分布不易测定,因而计算理论的应用范围还比较模糊。
