统计服务是统计内在本质的体现,也是统计的职责所在,是统计回馈社会、回馈民众的有效手段,也是体现统计核心价值的重要途径,其得失成败关乎统计的生存和发展。创新服务思路,提高服务水平,推进服务层次,打造服务品牌,是目前统计部门所面临的一项重大挑战,也是对统计执行能力的一次很好检验。在海东撤地设市的发展机遇期,如何推进统计服务性机关建设,为海东经济建设“三大历史任务”和“八个方面走在全省前列”做好优质服务,这是摆在统计人面前的新课题。对此笔者谈
