本文报道了溴化十六烷基三甲铵存在下芦丁与铝、钛、钒、钼和钨的显色反应和分析应用。研究了金属-芦丁-CTMAB三元配合体系的光谱特征、形成的pH最佳条件、配合物的组成比以及遵守比尔定律的范围。试验了17种共存离子的影响。应用于钢样中钼和钨的测定及植物种芽试样中钛的测定,结果满意。
In this paper, the color reaction and analytical application of rutin with aluminum, titanium, vanadium, molybdenum and tungsten in the presence of cetyltrimethylammonium bromide have been reported. The spectral characteristics of the metal-rutin-CTMAB ternary complex system, the optimal pH conditions, the composition ratio of the complex and the range of Beer’s law were studied. The effects of 17 kinds of coexisting ions were tested. The method was applied to the determination of molybdenum and tungsten in steel samples and the determination of titanium in plant seed germination samples with satisfactory results.
