WC-Co纳米粉末对E4303焊条性能的影响

将WC-Co纳米粉末加入到E4303焊条药皮中,制备新型耐磨堆焊焊条。对该焊条进行了工艺性试验,并对堆焊层的组织,化学成分及硬度等进行了检验和分析。结果表明:该焊条工艺性良好,堆焊熔敷金属组织中有大量均匀的W碳化物生成,同时Co作为堆焊层的粘结相,可以很好的粘结硬质相和过渡相,使得堆焊的金属层具有较高的抗裂纹萌生和扩展阻力,从而增加了E4303焊条耐磨性,提高其硬度(达30HRC以上),极大的改善E4303焊条的性能。 WC-Co nano-powder was added to the E4303 electrode coating to prepare a new type of wear-resistant surfacing electrode. The welding rod was tested for its manufacturability, and the structure, chemical composition and hardness of the overlay were tested and analyzed. The results show that the electrode has good processability and a large amount of uniform W carbides are formed in the deposited metal, while Co acts as the binder phase of the surfacing layer, which can bond the hard phase and the transition phase well, Surfacing metal layer has high resistance to crack initiation and expansion resistance, thereby increasing the wear resistance of E4303 electrode, increasing its hardness (up to 30HRC), which greatly improves the performance of E4303 electrode.
