本文介绍了同步工程(SE)的应用历程,提出了焊装同步工程工作的核心意义,针对焊装SE的重点——车身数模分析,详细介绍了针对不同阶段的数模采用不同的分析方法;对比了SE活动主要输出物不同形式的特点,并提出了建议;最后,指出了同步工程技术应用中存在的问题,并提出了解决方案。同步工程(Simultaneous Engineering,简称SE)又称并行工程(Concurrent Engineering,简称CE),是指从新产品开发的最初阶段开始,就尽可能把设计和制造联系起来,要求整个产品开发过程
This paper introduces the application process of synchronous engineering (SE) and puts forward the core meaning of synchronous welding work.
