云南宣威地区是中国乃至世界肺癌的高发区,研究表明当地肺癌高发与当地燃煤方式致室内空气污染密切相关。本研究针对宣威地区“开放式火塘”致室内空气污染这一现状,设计开发了室内空气污染模拟系统,并建立了宣威地区煤烟尘致F344大鼠肺部损伤的模型。该模型基于室内空气污染模拟系统,实现了信号多路控制和多路采集功能,并采用进程控制符(PID)算法对实验中各测试点进行了多项式拟合,模拟出了可吸入细颗粒物(PM2.5)相对恒定的空气污染状态。结果表明,该系统能够按照要求模拟出各种不同的空气污染状态,可为室内空气污染对人体损伤的评价提供新的试验方法,为研究宣威地区肺癌的发生提供了新思路。
Xuanwei in Yunnan Province is a high incidence of lung cancer in China and the world. Studies show that local high incidence of lung cancer is closely related to indoor air pollution caused by local coal combustion. In this study, aiming at the indoor air pollution caused by “open fire pond” in Xuanwei area, a simulation system of indoor air pollution was designed and developed, and a lung injury model of F344 rat caused by smoke and smoke in Xuanwei area was established. Based on indoor air pollution simulation system, this model realizes the signal multi-channel control and multi-channel data acquisition, and uses the process controller (PID) algorithm to polynomial fitting the test points in the experiment to simulate the inhalable fine particles PM2.5) Relatively constant air pollution status. The results show that the system can simulate various air pollution states according to the requirements and provide a new test method for the evaluation of indoor air pollution on the human body injury, which provides a new idea for studying the occurrence of lung cancer in Xuanwei area.
