当下,素质教育在我国已经有了一定的基础,逐渐发展成为比较成熟的教育模式。体育在高等学校教育体系中占有重要的地位。在实际教育过程中,仍然显现出了一些问题,这些问题提醒着教学工作者要认真思考自己的教学方式,反思对学生进行的教育是否达到了教学目的,获得了较好的教学成效。针对大学体育教学中出现的一系列问题,本文以分析大学生体育学习的心理为出发点,探究如何选择合适的教学方式使学生得到身体锻炼的同时提高心理素质,达到大学体育教学使学生身心兼修的目的。
At present, quality education in our country already has a certain foundation, and gradually developed into a more mature mode of education. Sports occupy an important position in the higher education system. In the process of actual education, some problems still appear, and these problems remind the teaching workers to think seriously about their teaching methods and reflect on whether the education for students has reached the teaching goal and obtained good teaching results. Aiming at a series of problems appearing in college physical education, this paper analyzes the psychology of university students’ sports study as the starting point, explores how to choose the appropriate teaching method so that students can get physical exercise and psychological quality at the same time, purpose.
