目前,大直径钻机在我国相继问世。但是当钻孔截面达到7~8米~2时,就相当于一个大汽车的车厢面积。如果以0.5米/时的钻速在岩层中钻进,那么它每小时就要钻去3.5米~2~4米~2的岩石,此时若在砂岩中钻进,岩屑的重量就有8.4吨~9.6吨重。这样多的岩屑,必须及时排到地面,才能保证正常钻进。因此必须解决大直径井筒钻进中的排渣问题。目前广泛采用“反循环洗井,压气升液”法排渣。现就我参加钻机设计、试验工作的体会,就其原理、设计计算,有关问题的探讨等几方面分述如下,供参考.
