目的评估不同时间的常用功率电凝、电切高频电流对胃局部组织的损伤情况:方法 12只实验犬,随机分为电凝组和电切组,胃镜下常用功率电凝、电切电流分别作用于胃前壁组织3s、6s、9s、12s;12h后再分别作用胃后壁组织3s、6s、9s、12s;第13h,取出局部高频电流损伤的胃组织常规病理观察损伤范围,离合损伤范围和电流损伤时间曲线。结果电凝组内3s、6s、9s之间损伤范围半径有差异性,9s和12s损伤范围半径差异无统汁学意义,电切组3s,6s之间损伤范围半径有差异性,6s、9s和12s损伤范围半径差异无统汁学意义,两组之间3s、6s损伤范围半径有差异性9s和12s损伤范围半径差异无统计学意义。结论高频电流对胃局部组织的损伤范围在一定定的时间范围内随时间的延长有增高趋势。
Objective To evaluate the damage of gastric local tissue by common coagulation and high frequency current at different times: Methods 12 experimental dogs were randomly divided into electrocoagulation group and transurethral resection group. Conclusion The damage of high frequency current to the local tissue of the stomach tends to increase with time within a certain time.
