随着海南国际旅游岛建设上升为国家战略,海南得到了更多境外游客的青睐,这对旅游从业人员提出了更高的要求,尤其是跨文化交际能力的培养与提升。本文分析了海南旅游业的市场现状和人才发展现状,对旅游从业人员跨文化交际能力的内涵,培养目标定位,培养模式进行了探讨,以及对海南旅游业培养高质量的服务人才,进一步提升服务水平和海南城市形象提供一些建议。
As the construction of Hainan International Tourism Island has risen to a national strategy, Hainan has been favored by more and more overseas tourists. This poses higher requirements for tourism practitioners, especially the cultivation and promotion of intercultural communication skills. This article analyzes the current situation of Hainan tourism market and the status quo of talent development. It also discusses the connotation of cross-cultural communicative competence, training target orientation and training mode of tourism practitioners, as well as cultivating high-quality service talents for tourism in Hainan Province, Level and Hainan city image to provide some advice.
