某型飞机平尾中肋为碳纤维复合材料构件,由于其零件型面复杂,自批量生产以来,合格率仅在80%左右,较其他零件偏低。本文从复合材料零件自身特点及成型工艺出发,结合质量管理工具,对不合格原因进行比较和分析,得出造成平尾中肋不合格的主要原因并加以改进,以降低产品的缺陷率。质量工具在质量控制(Quality Control,QC)中有广泛的用途,通过统计工具,能深入地分析质量现象,得到很多有用的信息。质量管理的七大工具可应用于质量管理的任何
The flat tail of a certain type of aircraft is carbon fiber composite material. Due to the complex shape of its parts, the passing rate is only about 80% since the mass production, which is lower than other parts. In this paper, starting from the characteristics and forming process of composite parts, combined with quality management tools, the causes of nonconformities are compared and analyzed, and the main reasons for the unqualified flat end rib are obtained and improved to reduce the defect rate.
