人格培育是指对个体的人格按照预设目标进行塑造的教育活动过程。大学时代是学生人格重塑的关键期,高职院校人才培养不仅要求专业知识的突出,更需要人格魅力的卓越。作者在十年的高职学生人格培育工作的实践中,进行了方法与路径的探索,反思了当前我国高等职业教育人格培育工作存在的问题,试图在新形势下找到基于高职学生人格特征现状和职业定向的人格培育路径,从而论证探索的有效性和方法的可行性,为高职学生人格培育工作的开展提供经验和借鉴。
Personality cultivation refers to the individual’s personality in accordance with the pre-set goals to shape the process of educational activities. The era of college is the critical period for the reshaping of students’ personality. The cultivation of talents in higher vocational colleges not only requires the prominent of professional knowledge but also the excellence of charisma. In the practice of cultivating personality of higher vocational students in ten years, the author explored ways and paths, reflected the existing problems in the cultivation of personality in higher vocational education in China, and tried to find out the status quo of personality based on the characteristics of higher vocational students under the new situation And career-oriented personality cultivation path, thus demonstrating the effectiveness of the exploration and the feasibility of methods for the development of vocational college personality training to provide experience and learn from.
