退役士兵职业转向顺利与否,直接影响到个体的社会适应与福祉水平。当前退役士兵职业转向障碍包括宏观层面的制度性障碍、中观层面的操作性障碍与微观层面的适应性障碍。有鉴于此,社会工作可从四方面进行介入:发挥倡导功能,推动退役士兵相关的制度法规的建设;突出资源链接的优势,丰富退役士兵的社会支持网络;运用专业方法,有针对性的处理退役士兵遇到的难题;担当同行者的角色,陪同退役士兵走出困境。
The retired soldier career turn smoothly or not, directly affect the individual’s social adaptation and well-being. The current career dislocations of soldiers retired include institutional obstacles at the macro level, operational obstacles at the intermediate level, and adaptive barriers at the micro level. In view of this, the social work can be intervened in four aspects: to play an advocacy function to promote the construction of rules and regulations related to retired soldiers; to highlight the advantages of resource links and enrich the social support network of ex-soldiers; and to use professional methods and targeted treatment Decommissioned soldiers encountered problems; to play the role of fellow, accompanied by retired soldiers out of the woods.
