随着社会的不断发展,人才需求量与日俱增,企业需要切实做好人才资源的管理工作,才能为企业的快速发展奠定基础。人力资源和社会保障局在人力资管理中具有重要作用,承担着就业与社会服务责任。在人社局运行过程中,大量的档案资料造成了管理困难。笔者就对当前人社局档案管理中存在的问题进行了探讨,并提出了相应的改进措施。
With the continuous development of society, the demand for talents is increasing day by day. Enterprises need to effectively manage the human resources so as to lay the foundation for the rapid development of the enterprises. The Human Resources and Social Security Bureau plays an important role in human resources management and shoulders the responsibility of employment and social services. In the process of operation of the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, a large amount of archival materials has caused management difficulties. The author of the current social and social bureau file management problems are discussed, and put forward the corresponding improvements.
