目的:分析在治疗慢性铅中毒伴肝脏损害时应用GSH(还原型谷胱甘肽)的临床效果。方法:随机选取出我院收治的慢性铅中毒伴肝脏损害病人84例,在使用依地酸二钠钙进行驱铅治疗的基础上,使用GSH进行保肝治疗。定期测定病人的血铅值,并对其肝功能进行复查,研究GSH的有效性。结果:经治后,84例病人的肝功能均恢复正常,且血铅值低于400μg/L,治疗前后患者的肝功能以及血铅值对比,差异明显,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在治疗慢性铅中毒伴肝脏损害时应用GSH治疗效果显著,具有临床应用价值。
PURPOSE: To analyze the clinical effect of GSH (reduced glutathione) in the treatment of chronic lead poisoning and liver damage. Methods: Eighty-four patients with chronic lead poisoning and liver damage were randomly selected from our hospital. GSH was used to treat liver damage on the basis of lead-removing therapy using calcium edetate disodium. Regular determination of the patient’s blood lead levels, and its liver function were reviewed to study the effectiveness of GSH. Results: After treatment, the liver function of 84 patients returned to normal, and the blood lead level was lower than 400 μg / L. The liver function and blood lead level of the patients before and after treatment showed significant difference (P <0.05) . Conclusion: GSH is effective in treating chronic lead poisoning and liver damage and has clinical value.
