本文从国际经贸角度分析了加入WTO对我国竞争政策的影响。指出 ,随着经济全球化的发展 ,竞争政策的协调统一迟早要纳入WTO的谈判议程。竞争政策的调整和实施正成为一些国家提升其国际竞争力的重要手段。我国必须加快竞争政策的调整和竞争秩序新框架的构建 ,弥补入世后产业政策和贸易政策功能的弱化。实现竞争政策与贸易政策和产业政策的协调 ,以适应国内深层次改革和加入WTO的需要。 This article analyzes the impact of China’s entry into the WTO on China’s competition policy from the perspective of international trade and economic cooperation. He pointed out: With the development of economic globalization, the coordination and unification of competition policies must be put into the WTO negotiation agenda sooner or later. The adjustment and implementation of competition policies are becoming an important means for some countries to enhance their international competitiveness. Our country must speed up the adjustment of the competition policy and the construction of a new framework for the competition order, and remedy the weakening of the industrial and trade policies and functions after China’s entry into the WTO. The coordination of the competition policy and the trade policy and the industrial policy should be realized so as to meet the needs of the deep reform and accession to the WTO in our country.
