一、前言埋地管道由于周围敷土的保护具有不受外部荷载和温度变化影响等优点,但由于直接与地层接触,却有受地基变形影响的缺点。特别是由于地基不均匀下沉等,在施工时产生不可预料的应力,有时引起埋地管道破裂,从而造成重大事故。不均匀下沉的程度不一,这在地上的管道也能产生。另外,关于不均匀下沉应力,在已颁布的石油管道事业法及省令、告示中均有安全管理的条款。
