教育现代化的重要标志是教学手段的现代化,而现代化信息技术在学校教育中运用得越来越广泛、体育教育也不例外。传统的体育教学因时代的发展和社会的进步,其不利的方面也已经暴露。运用多媒体组织教学,可以弥补传统体育教学的不足,更能促进体育教学的发展,培养学生终身体育意识,增强身体素质,文章阐述了多媒体技术对体育健康课教学的重要性、优越性、可行性以及多媒体教学课件的设计与运用。
