Recently, although scholars have begun to pay attention to the cultural adaptation and adjustment made by western medicine to Chinese communities, their narrative focus is still focused on medical missionaries, and somewhat neglected Promotion of Chinese local society. It should be noted that those Confucian scribes who dealt with medical missionaries had an elegant, simple and easy-to-read written text that was accepted by the Chinese community. The Chinese assistants undertook a large number of clinics and hospitals for diagnosis and treatment and adopted the treatment of Chinese and Western medicine The method won more trust from Chinese patients; many Chinese patients did not directly participate in the production and delivery of relevant medical knowledge, but coming to seek medical treatment rather than seek religious conversion, to a certain extent, promoted medical missionaries Universal meaning of clinic or hospital.
