21世纪人才作为知识的拥有者、传播者和创造者,正在成为生产力发展的核心要素。人力资源正逐步超过自然资源,成为第一资源。随着我国加入WT0,国内医院将真正作为市场竞争的主体存在于医疗市场之内.不仅要参与国内竞争,而且将开始进入国际竞争的范畴。国内公立医院的人才队伍,如何面对加入WT0后面临的挑战,主动积极地应对,在激烈的市场竞争中求得生行和发展,是医院管理者需要特别关注和思考的重大问题。本文从人才培养的重要性、面临的挑战进行分析,并对医院人才队伍建设进行讨论。
Talent in the 21st century, as the owner, communicator and creator of knowledge, is becoming a central element in the development of productive forces. Human resources are gradually surpassing natural resources and becoming the first resource. As China joins WT0, domestic hospitals will truly exist in the medical market as the main body of market competition, not only in domestic competition, but also in the field of international competition. How to deal with the challenges faced by the public hospitals after joining WT0 and how to deal with them in the fierce market competition is a major issue that hospital administrators should pay special attention to and think about. This article analyzes the importance and challenges of personnel training and discusses the construction of hospital personnel.
