Under the new normal economic development, the iron and steel enterprises have solved their overcapacity and their transformation and upgrading have been a long-term and arduous task. Their business difficulties have been aggravated and will not be greatly changed in the short term. As steel companies demand the development of survival maps, they must timely adjust product structure, promote technological progress actively, continuously tap the potential for cost reduction and efficiency enhancement, and continuously promote industrial upgrading, all of which are inseparable from the role of human being as the core factor in the production of enterprises.
