【目的】预测乙型肝炎病毒e抗原(HBeAg)的B细胞表位。【方法】用Lasergene软件包中的Protean软件和吴玉章的氨基酸抗原指数预测法对HBeAg的氨基酸序列进行分析,预测其B细胞表位。【结果】推测最有可能的B细胞表位位于HBeAg N-端第50~63、85~94区段和第137~146区段内或它们的附近,其他区段如HBeAg N-端第12~18、24~32、37~43、118~124区段和第150~157区段内或它们的附近也可能存在B细胞表位。【结论】用多种方法预测HBeAg的B细胞表位,为制备更好的HBV感染者血清学检测相关诊断用品的研究提供线索。
【Objective】 To predict the B cell epitope of hepatitis B virus e antigen (HBeAg). 【Method】 The amino acid sequence of HBeAg was analyzed by Protease software of Lasergene and amino acid antigen index prediction method of Wu Yuzhang to predict the B cell epitope. 【Results】 It is speculated that the most probable B cell epitopes are located in or near the N-terminal 50-63, 85-94 and 137-146 regions of HBeAg. Other regions such as HBeAg N-terminal 12 B cell epitopes may also be present in ~ 18, 24 ~ 32, 37 ~ 43, 118 ~ 124 and ~ 150 ~ 157 segments or in the vicinity thereof. 【Conclusion】 There are many ways to predict the B cell epitopes of HBeAg, providing clues for the study of serological detection related diagnostic products for better HBV infection.
