目的:建立酸枣仁汤含药血清指纹图谱,分辨该方给药后血中的药源性成分及代谢产物并作初步分析,为酸枣仁汤血清药物化学及药效物质基础研究提供依据。方法:家兔灌胃给药制备含药血清,HPLC法建立其指纹图谱,并与相同条件下的洗脱梯度、溶剂、空白血清、体外全方及其各单味药图谱比对,对色谱峰归属进行分析。结果:在含药血清图谱中共检出9个成分,其中3个为药源性成分,1个为代谢产物,其余为血清固有成分。结论:本研究建立的方法准确、可靠、重现性好,可用于酸枣仁汤血清药物化学及药效物质基础的研究。
OBJECTIVE: To establish the serum fingerprint of the Suanzaoren Decoction, identify the drug-derived components and metabolites in the blood after the administration, and provide a preliminary analysis for the serum medicinal chemistry and pharmacodynamics basis of the Suanzaoren Decoction. Methods: The rabbit serum was prepared by intragastric administration, and its fingerprint was established by HPLC method. Compared with the same gradient elution gradient, solvent, blank serum, Peak ownership analysis. Results: Nine components were detected in the drug-containing serum profiles, of which three were drug-derived components, one was metabolites and the rest were serum-specific components. Conclusion: The method established in this study is accurate, reliable and reproducible. It can be used in the study of serum medicinal chemistry and pharmacodynamic substances of Suanzaoren Decoction.
