测定了温室草莓连作2、3、5、7、11年根际土壤微生物数量的动态变化。结果表明,土壤中真菌数量随着连作年限的增加总体呈先上升后下降的趋势,土壤中细菌数量随着连作年限的增加总体呈现下降的趋势,放线菌数量随着连作年限的增加总体呈先下降后上升的趋势;温室草莓连作5年对根际土壤微生物的影响最大,连作7年与连作11年对根际土壤微生物的影响略有缓解。建议温室草莓连作年限不要超过3年,并辅以相应的耕作和施肥措施来调控土壤微生态环境向良性发展。
The dynamic changes of rhizosphere microbes in two, three, five, seven and eleven years of continuous cropping were determined. The results showed that the number of fungi in soil increased firstly and then decreased with the increase of continuous cropping years. The number of bacteria in soil tended to decrease with the increase of continuous cropping years. The number of actinomycetes increased with the continuous cropping years First decreased and then increased; the effect of continuous cropping of greenhouse strawberries on rhizosphere soil microbes for five years was the greatest. The effect of continuous cropping for seven years and continuous cropping for 11 years on rhizosphere soil microbes was slightly relieved. It is suggested that the greenhouse strawberries should be kept for a period of no more than 3 years, supplemented by corresponding tillage and fertilization measures to control the development of soil micro-ecological environment.
