针对市面在售某型号汽车变速器壳体易产生裂纹的问题,对变速器进行了有限元模态分析以及工作模态测试试验,获得了变速器的模态参数,并运用振型相关校验矩阵验证了结果的可靠性;在此基础上,对比仿真与试验结果,验证了仿真分析的正确性和有效性,分析研究了容易引起变速器疲劳破裂的模态振型;最后从移频的角度出发,对动力总成的安装方式进行了优化,提高了变速器的总体刚度,试验结果为避免变速器壳体开裂提供了方法和理论依据。
Aiming at the problem that a type automobile transmission case is easy to crack in the market, finite element modal analysis and modal test of the transmission are carried out. The modal parameters of the transmission are obtained, and the modal correlation matrix is validated On the basis of this, the correctness and validity of the simulation analysis are verified by comparison between simulation results and experimental results. Modal vibration modes that easily lead to fatigue crack of transmission are analyzed. Finally, from the point of view of frequency shift, The assembly of the powertrain is optimized and the overall stiffness of the transmission is improved. The test results provide a method and a theoretical basis for avoiding the cracking of the transmission housing.
