本文首先明确了大学生职业心理健康的内涵,并结合内涵分析了当代大学生求职过程中产生的焦虑、怀疑、自傲、自卑、从众、攀比等职业心理问题的类型,而后阐述了产生职业心理问题的原因,将原因归纳为社会原因、学校原因、学生个人原因三类。最后,结合笔者在高校从事就业指导工作的实际经验,提出了帮助大学生克服职业心理障碍的五点建议,分别为:注重就业指导与职业心理健康教育相结合,协助学生正确认识自我,根据社会现实更新就业观念,积极组织大学生参与社会实践,培养大学生在具体就业过程中的心理技巧等。
This article firstly clarifies the connotation of college students’ occupational mental health and analyzes the types of occupational psychological problems such as anxiety, suspicion, pride, self-esteem, obedience, comparisons and so on which arise from the job hunting process of contemporary college students, and then elaborates on the causes of occupational psychological problems The reasons are summarized as social reasons, school reasons, and students’ personal reasons. Finally, combining the author’s practical experience in employment guidance in colleges and universities, we put forward five suggestions to help college students to overcome occupational psychological barriers. They are: paying attention to the combination of employment guidance and occupational mental health education, helping students to correctly understand themselves, Update the concept of employment, actively organize college students to participate in social practice, cultivate college students in the specific employment process of psychological skills.
