放松,是钢琴学习中恒久不变的话题,但是放松不同于松懈,它也该有适度的紧张,需要演奏者把握好两者的关系和尺度。同时,身体和心智也是我们学习钢琴中不可忽视的两个方面。只有充分的掌握“松”与“紧”的辩证关系,协调好生理与心理的关系,才能表现出富于戏剧化的表现力和感染力,才能更深刻的打动听众。因此,在钢琴教学中注意放松训练有着重要的意义。
Relaxation is a permanent topic in piano learning, but relaxation is different from relaxation, it should also be moderate tension, requiring the player to grasp the relationship between the two and the scale.
