DNA条形码在物种分类鉴定中具有快速、准确的特点。近年来,基于线粒体细胞色素c氧化酶亚基Ⅰ(cytochrome c oxidase subunitⅠ,COⅠ)基因的DNA条形码技术已成功应用于蚊虫物种水平的鉴定。本文主要对DNA条形码技术及原理,基于COⅠ基因的DNA条形码技术对蚊虫种和种团鉴定的应用及其局限性,以及基于COⅡ、16S RNA、核糖体DNA内转录间隔区(ribosome DNA internal transcribed spacer,r DNA-ITS)中的第一内转录间隔区(the first internal transcribed spacer,ITS1)和第二内转录间隔区(the second internal transcribed spacer,ITS2)等其他分子标记在蚊虫分类鉴定中的应用及其辅助COⅠ基因对蚊虫进行分类鉴定的研究进展进行综述。
DNA barcodes in the species classification identification with fast, accurate features. In recent years, the DNA barcoding technique based on the mitochondrial cytochrome c oxidase subunitⅠ gene has been successfully applied to the identification of mosquito species. In this paper, the application of DNA barcoding technology and principle, the DNA barcoding technique based on COⅠ gene to the identification of mosquito species and species, and their limitations are discussed in this paper.
