中国的房地产业在2000年前后取消福利分房制度后取得了迅猛发展,随之而来的是日益飙升的房价。2010年上半年以来,在国家一系列房地产调控政策的影响下,房地产价格也从逐日增长变为以各种形式的降价,不过全国房价下跌幅度似乎并不大,在全国楼市调查中发现,一线城市虽然楼市逐渐走低,但是二三线城市的房价却不跌反升,证明了我国房价迅速下跌的可能性小。
China’s real estate industry achieved rapid development after the dissolution of welfare housing distribution system around 2000, followed by soaring house prices. Since the first half of 2010, under the influence of a series of real estate control policies of the state, real estate prices have also changed from daily growth to various forms of price reduction. However, the drop in housing prices in the whole country does not seem to be significant. In the nationwide survey on property market, Although the city property market gradually lower, but the prices of second and third tier cities did not fall ascending, proving the rapid decline of China’s housing is unlikely.
