由于中国食品监管法律和制度的缺陷,食品安全事故频繁发生,造成了巨大的社会危害和不良影响。要杜绝这种危害性极大的食品安全事故,中国就要下决心不断完善和创新食品监管法律制度。因此,本文通过对比较完善的美国食品安全监管法律制度的研究,为中国食品安全监管法律制度的不断完善提供借鉴。
Due to the defects of China’s food regulatory laws and regulations, frequent occurrences of food safety accidents have caused tremendous social harm and adverse effects. To put an end to this dangerous food safety accident, China will make its determination to constantly improve and innovate its legal system on food control. Therefore, through the comparative study of the comparatively perfect legal system of food safety supervision in the United States, this article provides references for the continuous improvement of the legal system of food safety supervision in China.
