随着国家鼓励科技创新相关政策的不断出台以及科学技术水平的不断进步,各类高新技术企业不断涌现,并逐渐成为经济社会发展的支柱产业。对于高新技术企业的相关理论研究也在不断发展。高新技术企业的发展一般分为三个阶段:初创期、成长期、成熟期。企业在初创期的发展情况将直接决定企业未来的成长质量。因此,对高新技术企业初创期的研究具有积极意义。高新技术企业的诸多特征中,人力资源一般都是企业的支柱和核心,技术资源、管理资源一般都以人力资源形势外显。因此,从人力资源角度分析研究高新技术企业初创期的管理模式,是一个较为便捷和有效的切入点。本文以PE科技公司为例,以“人”为切入点,从人力资源视角分析其在初创期的核心问题,识别潜在风险,制定切实可行的发展战略,并探索形成可被同类高新技术企业借鉴使用的高新技术企业初创期管理模式。
As the state encourages the continuous introduction of related policies on science and technology innovation and the continuous improvement of science and technology, various high-tech enterprises have emerged continuously and gradually become the pillar industries in economic and social development. The relevant theoretical research for high-tech enterprises is also constantly evolving. The development of high-tech enterprises generally divided into three phases: the start-up period, growth period, maturity. The development of enterprises in the initial stage will directly determine the quality of future growth of enterprises. Therefore, the research on the high-tech start-ups has a positive meaning. Many characteristics of high-tech enterprises, the human resources are generally the pillars and core business, technical resources, management resources are generally apparent human resources situation. Therefore, it is a convenient and effective entry point to analyze and study the management mode of high-tech enterprises from the perspective of human resources in the initial stage. Taking PE technology company as an example, this paper starts with “people”, analyzes its core problems in the initial stage from the perspective of human resources, identifies potential risks and formulates practical development strategies, and explores the formation of a high-tech Enterprises learn from the use of high-tech enterprises start-up management.
