目的:调查贫困地区贫困家庭妇女心理安全感和生命质量现状,分析其相互关系及影响因素。方法:采用便利抽样方法,将参加扶贫职业培训班的368名来自贫困家庭妇女作为研究对象,采用自编问卷调查表、心理安全量表(SQ)、生命质量量表(WHOQOL-BREF)对其进行调查。结果:贫困家庭妇女心理安全感总得分(48.66 ± 12.75)分,处于中等水平。多元线性回归分析显示:家庭年收入、宗教信仰对人际安全感有影响(n F值为16.509,n P<0.05);民族、宗教信仰对确定控制感有影响(n F值为17.546,n P<0.05);宗教信仰对安全感总值有影响(n F值为20.911,n P<0.05)。贫困家庭妇女总的生命质量及健康状况得分(13.38 ± 2.91)分,显著低于常模(n t值为-3.27,n P<0.05)。多元线性回归分析显示:个人年收入、宗教信仰对生理领域有影响(n F值为2.694,n P<0.05);婚姻状况、宗教信仰对心理领域有影响(n F值为3.305,n P<0.05);家庭年收入、宗教信仰对环境领域有影响(n F值为2.866,n P<0.05);对社会领域没有影响。贫困家庭妇女心理安全感与生命质量各维度之间存在极其显著的正相关。n 结论:贫困家庭妇女心理安全感水平中等,生命质量差,两者之间存在显著正相关,改善贫困家庭妇女生命质量即可提高其心理安全感。“,”Objective:To investigate the status of women′s psychological security and quality of life in poverty-stricken areas, and analyze their interrelation and influencing factors.Methods:With the method of convenient sampling, 368 women from poor families who participated in the poverty alleviation vocational training course were investigated with self-designed questionnaire, Psychological Safety Scale (SQ) and World Health Organization Quality of Life-Brief (WHOQOL-BREF).Results:The average total score of women's psychological security in poverty-stricken families was 48.66 ± 12.75, which was in the middle level. Multivariate linear regression analysis showed that family income and religious beliefs had an impact on interpersonal security (n F value was 16.509, n P<0.05); ethnicity and religious beliefs had an impact on the certainty of control (n F value was 17.546, n p<0.05); religious beliefs had an impact on the total value of security (n F value was 20.911, n P<0.05). The overall quality of life and health status scores of females from poor families (13.38±2.91) were significantly lower than the norm (n t value was -3.27, n P<0.05). Multiple linear regression analysis showed that personal annual income and religious beliefs had an impact on physiological domain(n F value was 2.694, n P<0.05); marital status and religious beliefs had an impact on the psychological domain (n F value was 3.305, n P<0.05); family annual income and religious beliefs had an impact on the environmental domain (n F value was 2.866, n P<0.05) while they had no impact on the social domain. There was a significant positive correlation between psychological security and quality of life.n Conclusions:There is a significant positive correlation between the level of psychological security and the quality of life of poor family women. Improving the quality of life of poverty-stricken family women can improve their psychological security.
