目的:对培育的豫医无毛小鼠封闭群的生物学特性进行研究。方法:以昆明小鼠作对照,分别对不同日龄豫医无毛小鼠的体重、体长及脏器重进行测定。测交实验测定突变基因的类型。一般组织学方法研究其皮肤结构,并观察描述了无毛小鼠的脱毛规律。结果:无毛小鼠生长发育迟缓,寿命缩短,且皮肤组织学结构变化显著,突变基因经测交试验证实为常染色体上的单一隐性基因。结论:无毛小鼠有别于裸鼠和昆明小鼠,具有独特的生物学特性
OBJECTIVE: To study the biological characteristics of the enclosed herd of nude mice. Methods: Kunming mice as control, respectively, on different days of Yu-hairless mice weight, body length and organ weight were measured. Mutation test determines the type of mutant gene. General histological methods to study the skin structure, and observed the depiction of the hairless hairless mice. Results: Hairless mice developed retardation, shortened lifespan, and had significant changes in the histological structure of the skin. The mutated genes were identified as single recessive genes on the autosome by the cross test. Conclusion: Hairless mice are different from nude mice and Kunming mice and have unique biological characteristics
