目的在开展出生缺陷健康教育工作中,实施多部门联合健康教育法,探讨促进干预效果的综合教育模式。方法选择河北省承德县21岁—45岁育龄夫妇21600人作为干预对象,随机分为联合宣教组(联宣组)、对照组,联宣组采用民政局、计生局、卫生系统联合宣传优生知识教育,对照组不采取任何教育干预措施。以问卷评分后得分情况来判定教育效果。结果从干预前后两组对象问卷调查得分情况比较,具有显著统计学差异。结论联合健康教育法可显著提高出生缺陷干预教育过程中群众的知识水平和可接受性。
Objective To carry out the health education of birth defects, the implementation of multi-sectoral health education law, to explore the effect of intervention to promote comprehensive education model. Methods 21600 couples of childbearing age aged 21-45 in Chengde County of Hebei Province were selected as intervention objects and randomly divided into joint mission group (Lianxuan Group), control group and Lianxuan Group using the Civil Affairs Bureau, Family Planning Bureau and health system to jointly promote prenatal knowledge Education, the control group did not take any educational interventions. After the questionnaire scores score to determine the educational effect. Results The scores of questionnaire survey between two groups before and after the intervention had significant statistical difference. Conclusion The combined health education law can significantly improve the knowledge level and acceptability of the masses in the process of birth defects intervention education.
