本文采用柠檬酸盐法制备的 Sr Ce0 .95 Yb0 .0 5 O3-α纳米粉体。将 Sr Ce0 .95 Yb0 .0 5 O3-α纳米粉于 3MPa压力下压制成型 ,在不同温度下进行烧结。对 Sr Ce0 .95 Yb0 .0 5 O3-α纳米粉烧结过程进行研究。实验结果表明 :Sr Ce0 .95 Yb0 .0 5O3-α纳米粉体样品片烧结收缩率随烧结温度升高而上升 ,于 1 30 0~ 1 4 0 0℃烧结速率最大 ,1 50 0℃样品片烧结收缩率达到相同条件常规粉体烧结收缩率的 7倍 ,1 60 0℃所得样品片致密度达到最大。并用 XRD,SEM等测试手段 ,对其烧结特性进行了表征。
In this paper, citrate prepared Sr Ce0 .95 Yb0. 0 5 O3-α nanopowders. The Sr Ce0.95 Yb0 .0 5 O3-α nano-powder pressed under pressure of 3MPa molding, sintering at different temperatures. The sintering process of Sr Ce0.95 Yb0 .0 5 O3-α nanopowders was studied. The experimental results show that the sintering shrinkage rate of Sr Ce0.95Nb0.0503-αnanoparticles samples increases with the increase of sintering temperature, and the sintering rate is the highest at130 0-140 ℃, Sintering shrinkage rate reached the same conditions conventional powder sintering shrinkage rate of 7 times, 1 60 0 ℃ obtained the highest density of the sample piece. The characteristics of sintering were characterized by XRD, SEM and other testing methods.
