本文从分析沸腾锅炉的热力工作过程着手,讨论了沸腾燃烧对煤种适应性的问题。采用每公斤燃料在炉床中放热率的概念,阐明同一台沸腾锅炉并不可能具备适应煤种质量大幅度变化的能力。根据所得的每公斤煤在炉床中的放热率η与低位发热量Q_H~P的关系,建议按煤种Q_H~P的大小分成三区域,并且以每区中最小的Q_H~P作为设计依据,便可避免沸腾燃烧锅炉在运行中当煤种变化时发生不利情况。
This paper starts with the analysis of the working process of boiling boiler and discusses the adaptability of boiling combustion to coal. Using the concept of heat release rate per kilo of fuel in the hearth, it is not clear that the same boil-up boiler is capable of adapting to significant changes in coal quality.
