子宫内膜癌是指原发于子宫内膜的一组上皮性恶性肿瘤,细胞分化异常导致上皮细胞发生恶性转化,是子宫内膜癌发生的重要机制之一,研究证实其癌变过程与细胞的低分化或去分化密切相关,随着细胞分子肿瘤学的发展和不断进步,细胞分化在子宫内膜癌的发生、发展及治疗中的作用日益引起相关领域研究的重视。全文从细胞分化角度,对子宫内膜癌的发生、细胞分化的判断标准、分子生物学研究进展、分化诱导的应用及前景等几个方面进行综述。
Endometrial cancer is a set of epithelial malignant tumors in the endometrium. Abnormal cell differentiation leads to the malignant transformation of epithelial cells. It is one of the important mechanisms of endometrial carcinoma. Low differentiation or dedifferentiation is closely related with the development of cellular and molecular oncology and continuous progress, the role of cell differentiation in the occurrence, development and treatment of endometrial cancer has drawn increasing attention in the field of research. This article reviews the aspects of cell differentiation, the occurrence of endometrial carcinoma, the criteria of cell differentiation, the progress of molecular biology, the application and prospect of differentiation induction.
