以庆阳某住宅楼为例,分析了压力注浆加固湿陷性黄土地区房屋的机理,阐述了压力注浆的施工技术要点,指出压力注浆施工简单,处理后的地基土承载力高、后期沉降变形小,在湿陷性黄土地区既有建筑物加固中具有独特优势。
Taking a residential building in Qingyang as an example, the mechanism of pressure grouting to reinforce houses in collapsible loess area was analyzed. The key points of construction technology of pressure grouting were expounded. The construction of pressure grouting was simple and the bearing capacity of foundation soil after treatment was high. Late settlement of small deformation, collapsible loess area in the existing building reinforcement has a unique advantage.
