目的分析病毒性脑炎患儿发生精神行为异常的临床症状和护理措施。方法分析2012年3月~2016年3月中本院确诊为病毒性脑炎的117例患儿病例资料、护理要点,将伴有精神行为异常的57例患儿设为观察组,60例无精神行为异常的患儿设为对照组,对两组患儿出现的症状和护理后的适应行为进行对比。结果观察组“运动障碍”和“意识障碍”共29例,明显大于对照组;对照组“头痛”和“发热”共45例,显著高于观察组;对照组神经系统体征表现较观察组更少;护理后,观察组适应行为总分(35.72±10.51),显著大于对照组总分(27.56±8.81)(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论精神行为异常病毒性脑炎患儿常以意识障碍、运动障碍为典型表现,临床护理应该以促进患儿意识恢复和提高适应行为为主。
Objective To analyze the clinical symptoms and nursing measures of mental disorders in children with viral encephalitis. Methods A total of 117 children with viral encephalitis diagnosed in our hospital from March 2012 to March 2016 were analyzed retrospectively. The main points of care were as follows: 57 children with mental disorders were selected as the observation group, 60 Mental behavior disorders in children as a control group, the symptoms of two groups of children and nursing behavior after adaptation were compared. Results In the observation group, there were 29 cases of “dyskinesia” and “disturbance of consciousness”, which was significantly larger than that of the control group. The control group had 45 cases of “headache” and “fever”, which was significantly higher than that of the observation group Neurological signs were less than those in the observation group. After nursing, the total score of adaptation in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (35.72 ± 10.51) (27.56 ± 8.81) (P <0.05). The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Mental behavior abnormal children with viral encephalitis often disturbance of consciousness, dyskinesia as a typical manifestation of clinical nursing should be to promote children’s awareness and to improve adaptive behavior based.
