讨论了高频放电激励ＣＯ２激光器的基本机理，报道了最新研制成功的高频激励横流ＣＯ２激光器的基本结构、技术特点和实验结果，该激光器低阶模输出为１．５ｋＷ，光束发散角小于２ｍｒａｄ。
The basic mechanism of high frequency discharge excited CO2 laser is discussed. The basic structure, technical characteristics and experimental results of the newly developed high frequency excited transverse CO2 laser are reported. The output of the laser with low order mode is 1.5kW and the beam divergence angle is less than 2mrad .
