对锦橙裂果的扫描电镜观察表明:裂果的发生是一个渐变而非暴发的过程。裂果始于果面角质层龟裂,然后由外向内,细胞逐渐变形、破裂,最后白皮组织完全破裂。笔者认为:导致裂果发生的主要原因是在夏、秋高温,干湿不均条件下,果实生长迅速而果皮组织发育受到阻碍,在高温和水分胁迫因子刺激下角质层龟裂。而果面角质层龟裂,可能是裂果发生的临界症兆。本文讨论了果面角质层龟裂产生的原因并提出了减少裂果发生的措施。
Scanning electron microscopy observation of Crassulaceae showed that the occurrence of split fruit was a gradual rather than an outbreak. Cracked fruit begins with the cuticle stratum corneum, and then from the outside, the gradual deformation of the cell, rupture, the final complete rupture of white tissue. The author believes that the main reason leading to split fruit is the rapid growth of fruit and the development of pericarp tissue are hindered under the conditions of high temperature and wetting and drying in summer and autumn, and the cuticle is cracked under high temperature and water stress. The cuticle of the cuticle may be a critical symptom of the split fruit. This article discusses the causes of cuticle cracks in the fruit surface and proposes measures to reduce the occurrence of cracked fruit.
