以某新建建筑为例,对既有地铁运行区域新建建筑施工之前的自由场地以及建筑物建成后楼地面的振动加速度进行实测。分别从加速度有效值和加速度级等方面对地铁运行引起的地面振动规律进行分析;同时,采用傅里叶谱以及1/3倍频程谱来分析振动的频率特性。结果表明:自由场地的振动在衰减过程中有时会出现局部回升区域;建筑施工前的自由场地振动强度略高于建筑完成后的一层楼面,将自由场地的测试结果作为激励输入新建建筑基底,用以预测建筑物的上部结构响应是可行的;开挖后基坑底的振动要远小于自由场地的振动。
Taking a newly built building as an example, the free ground before the construction of new buildings in the existing subway operation area and the vibration acceleration of the building after the building is completed are measured. The law of vibration on the ground caused by subway operation is analyzed from the aspects of acceleration rms and acceleration. The frequency spectrum of vibration is analyzed by Fourier spectrum and 1/3 octave spectrum. The results show that the local pick-up area sometimes appears in the vibration of free ground during the decay process. The vibration intensity of the free ground before construction is slightly higher than that after the completion of the building. The test result of free ground is input into the base of new building , It is feasible to predict the superstructure response of the building; the vibration at the bottom of foundation pit after excavation is far less than that of free ground.
