吐鲁番市的张吉海咨询:我到洁安保安公司工作,随后被派到其他单位担任门卫工作。工作期间,保安公司未与我签订劳动合同,我离职时向劳动仲裁提出申请,要求保安公司支付未签订劳动合同双倍赔偿金。保安公司拿出集体合同进行辩解,但我不知道集体合同的存在。请问我要求未签劳动合同双倍赔偿的请求能否得到支持?自治区人力资源和社会保障厅劳动关系处答复:劳动
Zhang Jihai, Turpan City Consulting: I went to work for Jian’an Security Company, and then I was sent to other units as doorman. During the work period, the security company did not sign a labor contract with me. When I left employment, I filed an application with labor arbitration and asked the security company to pay double the indemnity for the labor contract that has not been signed. Security companies came up with a collective contract to justify, but I do not know the existence of a collective contract. May I ask if the request for double compensation for a labor contract that has not been signed can be supported?
